Tessa was a huge help in making me understand that babies can sleep better at night if we regulate their naps during the day.She made me an elaborate sleepplan that guided me to sleep train Arlo and if I had questions she would always be there to answer them. Arlo used to drink 2 or 3 bottles of milk at night and we had to rock him to sleep. Now he can fall asleep independently and he sleeps through the night! What I like about Tessa is she doesn’t just force you to try one method of sleep training. She listens to you and your needs and tries to find the best sleep training method for you and your baby.

Tessa is very professional and kind. She knows how to choose the best method according to baby's and parents' needs. I was a bit worried about the sleep training as I didn’t want to leave my child to cry on his own but the gentle method really worked for us as it helped my child sleep alone but at the same time he felt safe that I was there at the start. Tessa kept following up with me, motivating me and also encouraging me to continue despite some ups and downs along the way. She is highly knowledgeable and skilled.

With Tessa by our side, we felt confident to train our baby to stop waking 4 times a night. Within 3 days we already saw great results (first feed only at 01:30am instead of 10pm). Tessa convinced us our baby was ready for sleeping through the night and even though I was scared to mess with the newly acquired result which was already better than I hoped for, Tessa coached us through it, really searching thoroughly for the best approaches. Now I can proudly say our baby sleeps through the night with no feeds! Happy parents, happier baby.

When I first started working with Tessa, our daughter Millie was 3 weeks old and at that time during the day she would only nap when carried in the sling. With the help of Tessa, by the time Millie was 6 weeks old, we were able to get Millie to fall sleep in our arms and to move her to her crib to continue her nap and occasionally we even have been able to help her to fall asleep in her crib. In just three weeks we have made great progress by making small changes. Not only are we happy that Millie is getting better sleep, I am now also getting a bit of “me time” during the day, which is vital for every (new) mom. Tessa was a delight to work with. She is knowledgeable and just a pleasure to interact with. I would highly recommend any new parents to work with Tessa during the so called fourth trimester. Chloé was sleeping too little for her age: she would only take little cat naps during the day, was often restless in the afternoon and then wouldn't take proper feeds. Tessa advised me to make some small changes in the sleeping routines and sleep environment, and these made a huge difference for Chloé and for us. She now takes 3 long naps a day and manages to fall asleep by herself. She is less restless, has more energy to play in the afternoon and takes better feeds. I can definitely recommend the professional advice of Tessa. I'm sure she will be a lifesaver for many new moms and dads!

At first we doubted if a sleep coach could really help us. But Tessa listened carefully to our situation and she came up with a plan that would work for us. In only a few days time my son made huge progress. My son is now sleeping better day and night.
