I'm Tessa, 35 years old and mother of two beautiful daughters. I have a background in psychology and I am a certified baby and child sleep coach.
My oldest daughter Lauren was an excellent sleeper from a young age, thanks to advice from a dear friend who was training to be a baby sleep coach herself. My curiosity was sparked and I delved into the science of babies and their sleep patterns.

I found myself drawn to the subject, and as friends started asking me for tips for their own children, I realized how much I loved helping others.
WHO CAN BENEFIT?
I offer my services to babies and children from just a few weeks old up to around 4 years. In the first few months after birth, we won’t start with any sleep training. However, there are still so many things we can do to help young babies sleep better, making them more relaxed and calm. From 5 months old we can start with sleep training. I take a holistic view where I look at all aspects that can contribute to better sleep.
